At ScentVial, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from order to delivery. Please review our shipping and return policies to ensure a smooth transaction.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (EST). Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after hours will be processed on the next business day. While we aim to ship orders on the same day they are placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing and fulfillment.
During busy times such as holidays or promotional sales, order processing may take a bit longer, but rest assured we’re working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. If any item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you and provide options for the best possible resolution.
Domestic Shipping (US):
We offer free shipping within the US on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and should arrive within 1-3 business days.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Shipping charges are calculated based on your destination and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipping times vary depending on the destination and may take longer due to customs processing.
At ScentVial, we take pride in offering 100% authentic perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Please choose your fragrance samples carefully.
Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please email us within 3 days of receiving your package with a clear photo of the damage, and we will gladly send a replacement. Replacements will only be issued if a photo of the damaged product is provided.
Incorrect Items:
If you’ve received the wrong fragrance, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt. Kindly attach a photo of the product as it arrived, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable. If we’ve made an error or the goods arrive damaged, return shipping is on us. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by contacting us directly. If the order has already shipped, you may refuse the package at delivery, and it will be returned to us. Please note that return shipping costs for cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the unopened returned package, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your order has been marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please allow an extra 1-2 days as sometimes packages are scanned as delivered while still in transit. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.
