Is this authentic Creed Aventus?
Yes. This vial is hand-filled from a sealed, retail-purchased bottle of Creed Aventus. ScentVial does not blend, dilute, or reformulate anything — we buy the same bottles sold at department stores and transfer a small amount into a glass atomizer so you can test it before spending $445 on a full bottle.
How many sprays are in a 2ml decant?
A 2ml vial holds roughly 20 sprays. Most people use 3 to 4 sprays per wear, so 2ml covers about 5 to 6 full wears — enough to judge how Aventus performs on your skin across a week.
Should I buy 2ml, 3ml, 5ml or 10ml?
Buy 2ml if you are still deciding whether you like Aventus. Buy 5ml if you already like it and want to wear it for a month. Buy 10ml if you want a travel size you will actually finish. 3ml is best for testing two or three fragrances side by side.
What is the difference between a decant and a factory sample?
A factory sample is a 1ml to 1.5ml vial made by the brand and not sold separately. A decant is a larger amount transferred by hand from a full retail bottle, in the size you choose. Decants hold more product, which is why they are the practical option for real-world testing.
How long does Creed Aventus last on skin?
Aventus typically lasts 7 to 9 hours, with the strongest projection in the first 2 hours. The pineapple and bergamot opening fades after about 30 minutes into a smoky birch and musk base. It performs best in spring and summer, and in moderate rather than hot weather.
How should I store a decant?
Keep the vial upright, out of direct sunlight, at stable room temperature. A drawer or closet is ideal; a bathroom is not. Stored this way a decant keeps its character for at least 12 to 18 months. Heat and light degrade fragrance faster than air does.
Do the vials leak in a bag?
No. Every vial is a sealed glass atomizer with a screw collar, not a dab vial or a plastic tube. All sizes are within carry-on liquid limits.
